Nevada "F-Card" Info

Does any one here have experience obtaining a Nevada "F-card" which is required to to work on Fire Alarm/Protective Signaling Devices. I have searched the Nevada State Fire Marshall Web page and have the application. I called (left message) sent them an e-mail for more info. Beyond listing the NFPA 70 & 72 as references (year?) I can't find much information

Any recommendations of study outlines, practice tests, or books would be much appreciated.
