Nevada satellite installation

Hi,
I've been asked to bid on satellite installations for the Department of corrections State of Nevada. Will the EC09 Electrical license from Washington State allow me to work in the State of Nevada?

The State of Nevada Contractors Licensing web site is over bearing. Phone line is always busy.

In Washington State Telecommunications installations done under an 09 license do not have to be by certified electricians. Only the contractor is certified as an admistrator. There are no 09 electricians.
Anyone can be an 09 administrator if they pass the test. Unless you have some other certification, Nevada may not be able to give you any reciprocity.
