I bought the following for use as a service entrance for a SFR I am building:
MM0404L1400RLM

The inspector (WA state) is indicating that this equipment does not meet code anymore because each breaker is not individually enclosed... or something like that.

Is there an easy fix here... or is it just time to take it back to the store time?
