Interesting. Use a nice female voice for that of the customer. Might make her look feminine too.

Brings up another point. I talked with a Home Inspector, one of his many job titles, at our last IAEI meeting. They inspect to todays standards only and made no excuses for it.

Well, I was impressed with the idea but I do have trouble with the voices. Isn't there a way to have your real voice in there with a bit more inflection and enthusiasm. It reminds me of my Economic class in college with the monotone lectures. UGH.
