We provided a labor only bid for a national C store with fuel station. The customer has now requested we include materials to bid. Our bid did not include ConX or any storage on site at the time for equipment because we planned on holding equipment at supply house as needed. We realize now that was probably not a good strategy. What are some of the things we should be aware of when bidding national store accounts that they hope we miss but we should include??

I hold fixtures and gear at our warehouse until it’s time to install. The building should be lockable by the time they’re installed, and you only need the cans for gear unless it’s one of those CPI type modular panelboards.
I know some contracts specify you are to keep them at the job site for stored material draws, but I just don’t. They’re safer in the warehouse, and I’ll send pics of everything palletized and labeled.
