i just picked up the fantastic inventions of nikola tesla its a very good book and has TONS of his drawings in it. they have it at local book stores if anybody wants to check it out.

Google Books. You will be amazed at the number of books available with full or partial preview. Occasionally several pages are omitted. Before I buy any books I check to see if I can read them free.

I went to san diego chargers game yesterday and they set off some fireworks after a touchdown , I started pondering if they could install a tesla coil in the stadium and have that go off after a touchdown the crowd and team would get a charge out of that

Try "Emipres of light", best book about Tesla ever.

The drawings are worthy of an art display...we've lost a lot with CAD.

I'm old enough that we were still using ink on vellum or reinforced cloth for our singlelines. Our drafter often had no idea what she was drawing, but they were works of art - they looked like engravings. Her lettering was so perfect, you could "stack" any given letter on top of a counterpart and not see a difference. They've all been converted to CAD of course, but some of her work is still archived at several of the refineries in the LA Basin and elsewhere. Some are 50 years or older.
