It has been my pleasure and honor to serve in this role during 2004. I haven't had a lot of time to participate in a lot of discussion, but I visit many times per day and have never failed to learn something new, or get a chuckle each and every day.

Many Thanks to the other Moderators and participants here that offer their wisdom and time to make this a great place to learn and share.

Please Welcome Don Ganiere (don_resqcapt19) as the MHE Forum Chief Moderator for 2005.

Thanks Bill for a great job this past year. I'll try to keep up the good work of the past chief moderators. For the most part the forum members make the moderators job very easy.

Congrats Don and as always I have learned much from your post.

I know I sound like I'm auguring when I ask questions, But this is how I learn the most is when I a'm shown where I'm wrong which make's me "dig a little deeper"

It's great to have another "brain trust" on board.
I have often had the privilege to have Don reply to a post that I have made that had gave me a different perspective of looking at an issue.
