Would any of the residential guys/gals here be willing to put a " ballpark " price on the following.

I am quite surprised to learn what some resi contractors are currently charging.

I'm not looking for anyone to "price the job" for me but only looking to see if my pricing falls in line or even close.
2017 Code enforcement
2200 Sq ft ranch with attached garage. 10' ceilings throughout.
3 bedroom
2.5 bath
200 amp 40 space load center
200 amp underground service/ load center in basement directly behind meter.
50 interior 6" recessed can lights
4 240V openings. 2.5 ton AC / Dryer/ 40A range/ 30A cooktop.
4 exterior fixtures
2 exterior receptacles
3 bedrooms
4 garage keyless w/ 25W corn cob LED
3 garage receptacles
10 basement keyless w/ 25W corn cob LED
1 sump receptacle 15A
1 furnace circuit 15A
Minimum receptacle placement in rooms
Minimum switching. ( 4 sets of 3 ways total)
4 fan supports
8 interior surface mount fixtures
Rough in and trim work
Provide Decora switches/ Decora receptacles. No dimmers.
Cat6 cabling to 4 locations (blanked and left in terminated)
Smokes interconnected (6 total)
Install 3 bath fans ( provided by owner)

All Copper NM cable

Load center is pretty much centered in house.

A few things might be a factor such as what state, how high of ceilings, full unfinished basement, attic, joices or rafters, how far from the shop.
But I'm thinking $22,500 - $26,500

- attic truss system
- 1 hr drive time total there and back
- Michigan November rough in / obviously no heat.
 
I can't comment on the cost. But considering how many electrical appliances and electronic devices are used by homeowners today, I would strongly recommend adding more than the required minimum receptacles in each room. Even if this is for your own use and you're planning a minimalist lifestyle, it will add to the value of the house. If you're building this as an investment property, then you definitely should add more to minimize the risk of fire due to tenants using multiple extension cords and overloaded power strips.

Also, if this is for yourself, I would recommend Lutron Caseta light switches.
 
I don't think anybody can really say the actual cost for all these because price vary with time, location and product type. Take hot tub for example, there are different types of hot tub. We don't know the type you are looking forward to get. Moreso, there are many other construction materials that are important and are not mentioned here.

What are you thinking for you price? Without, sounds like looking for a cost estimate.

I had one back in November about the same. I don't know the square footage but it's 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, 3 car garage with loft above, on slab, 400 amp service - one of the two hundred amp panels was outside and contains only 2 100a breakers, one for a future shop that is not part of the price, and one for a pool panel for which I only ran the sub feed and stubbed it outside.

It's been a long time since I estimated residential. I never was a big fan of pricing per sq. ft. but preferred to bid houses per opening and then have an extra sheet for items like recessed cans, ceiling fans, H/V/L etc.... Without seeing the floor plan and figuring average length of home run, (i. e. if the kitchen is far from the panel, you will use more #12 than usual) I'm guessing you have between 8K and 9K in material. You would never take a beating taking material X 2 but you might be cheating yourself a little by not figuring it carefully. I could do it for 16K and make money. If this were in a subdivision and you were bidding for 500 homes, this price would be out of the ballpark and you would never get it. working for large builders you'll make your money in volume and service.

I would say 22k here in central NY, 30k in Seattle. I consider my Resi work to be higher end. Typically, I get a job because the HO or GC wants me to do it. IF someone shops around they will definitely find someone cheaper. I am pretty sick of Resi and have too much work as it is so I dont care if they find someone cheaper.
 
Good for you. Resi is boring and competitive, wish I had more choice in my next of the woods.

Florida is so cutthroat when it comes to residential construction. That's why I got out of it back in the 90's. I will still do a home from time to time for a friend but I will not go after large subdivisions or work for the mega builders like KB or Pulte or Lennar like I used to. I remember way back losing a bid by $100/house after I provided years of great service to a builder to a fly by night contractor who came into town and no one knew anything about them. They tried to get me back after 6 months to pick up the pieces but I was busy! Karma! :)

I think a big part of some people being significantly cheaper is labor cost. So I am a one man show, and for me at $80-$90 /hr. The cost gets up there quick. Many times that rate is just too high for residential and I need to come down a bit if I want to get the job (which I am not really doing right now because I can get that rate elsewhere). Now take someone else who has a bunch of guys working for him that he isn't paying nearly that much and he can cut his labor costs down a lot.
