New construction - did someone say hot mess?

Nothing that can't be fixed...

This is a continuation of my previous posts. I pulled the wires from the junction boxes today and found about 30% of the combined grounds with no twists (see photo). The remaining grounds had very minimal twists. I unscrewed the nut on connections with multiple hot and neutrals tied together and they fell apart. Only one outlet had the neutral and hot tied together as shown in the photo...I wonder if my electrician would have caught it during top out?

If you read the listing instructions with the wingnut you will probably see pre twisting is not necessary.

Trust your electrician and inspector.

BTW, the black and white tied together is probably feeding something associated with a switch.
