I just received the new Flir One for the iPhone/iPad.
The new one is much better than the first version. It will work with the iPhone 5/5s, 6/6+ and iPad with lightning connectors.
It is a small adapter that plugs into the Lightning port. The new version automatically tunes, not like the original one that required manual tuning.
This model has a 160 x 120 resolution that is double of version one.
The only problem is that it doesn't work with a case on the phone. I just ordered an extender off Amazon.
