I’m from NH looking to see what others are charging per square foot for a new garage with its own 200Amp service.

We are typically charging $8 per square foot for new homes but not to sure on how to price it for garages.

A garage doesn't have the same requirements a house does. It could be a simple circuit on a spec place.

However you do it, don't skimp on outlets-- especially if a home shop is planned!
Don't forget the ElectroCar outlet. Or the ElectroDoor!
Will the washer and dryer live in the garage? Hot Water Maker?
Utility sink (but that's not electric...). Utility bathroom and its wires?
.
I'm assuming this is going to be a 2-car garage, with extended depth to allow for all the things that get stored in the garage. 2nd door in the back so you can drive through with the boat or trailer??

Number of devices
Number of lights
Size of space
Difficulty, such as height, or access to area
Service size, or feeder size + distance from source
Material list
Estimated hours (hopefully from experience)
Material cost + MU
Labor cost
OH/Profit
Total

Only way I see Sq Ft pricing working is if you have done a few with the same size and requirements!
You could have two areas with the same sq ft but totally different layout and different amount of lights, devices, etc.
You could lose your shirt if you aren't careful with this type pricing.

What does this have to do with anything? He is asking what others would use to price wiring a garage, not how to build a garage and how to wire it.

I use McCormick. I should have trod conest instead. If your small shop don’t sign up for there dumb renewals it’s a scam. One time payment and your good

I've been using NECA Labor units. Not sure how that adds up to a SqFt charge.
Your $8 per, is that finished or rough?

My thought was that these are the things you wire in a garage-- not just a single bulb and 1 duplex outlet. All the things I mentioned (except the utility sink) require an outlet or wiring. And will affect the price!
oh-- I forgot the main panel. Add in that price.

Garages can all be way different, from an unfinished storage area. Or at the other end of the spectrum I have friends who have garages for their collector cars that are nicer inside than most people's houses complete with a kitchen and bathroom.

I'm not seeing a SQ Foot price working at all
