New Jersey 4 Story Condos RX

Here is my question it is my understanding that a 4 story dwelling units in NJ can be wired in RX. I am doing work in some that are about 5 Years old and were wired in MC.Construction is Metal Stud Steel Truss metal lath .People want to add recessed lights and ucab lights Ive been pricing them out with MC and losing to guys using RX . So am i correct that i can Use RX ?

I see nothing wrong with it. Other then the building specs.
It does not seem enough to loose a bid on though. Not unless you have to purchase miles of it.

Romex can be used in multifamily as long as it is of types 3, 4 or 5 construction. Go to annex E for types of construction.
