Any one willing and able to give a quick laymen's overview?
Specifically, do we no longer have to file an "Notice of Intent to Lien" anymore? That's what I am finding. We have never had to file a lien, and this is the first project where I may. Project hasn't started yet, and I just want to cover my bases.
and yes, i will talk to the attorney this week...but some of you have been there, done that...
