New LED lights flicker on Generator power

Had a recent call about lights flickering when they are on generator power,. They recently had a remodle done and LED lights are flickering. Other than updated maintenance on the generator (in my opinion) what else would help fix these issues. Any special voltage regulators that would help with this?

I’ve been curious if I would hear of any situation like this, seeing some of the silly reactions of the LED bulbs.
I currently have some issues lately with LEDs flickering, and the only common denominator is the power company suppling power to the jobs in question. So far the only plausible answer is the communication used on the power lines of this particular company.
But I could easily see any fluctuation/anomalies from generator power doing wonky things to LEDs

Other than a wiring issue (neutral lug torque….), it’s likely a frequency issue.

So the frequency would be fluctuation too much for the LED? would a voltage regulator help with any of this flickering?

Do you know if incandescent bulbs would flicker on the generator? Also, are the flickering LEDs on a dimmer, or do they flicker even with a mechanical switch?

voltage regulator will not correct frequency issues
