Im currently living in NH, but im going to be moving to Florida in november. Im looking to find out if I do obtain my license in 4 years of work and school in florida, is the license accepted in NH if I were to ever move back?

Chances are they won't. Contact the state board in NH that regulates this issue and find out directly from them.

The FL license should allow you to take the qualifying exam for a new business or license.
