I've been out of the loop as far as equipment for a couple of years so I don't know all the brands. I was just looking online for some 3R panels and keep seeing ABB brand. Who is this and are their breakers also ABB?

Correct. ABB bought GE Power Distribution and Controls division a few years ago and has been slowly rebranding. They are now all in on dumping the GE reference.
If I remember correctly, ABB was only allowed to use the GE name for a specified period of time. We’re probably at that point.

Abb is juet he one bought the other their nxt gear is pretty cool similar to I line but small differences we are starting to use them more. Quicker and easier to get for us.

Was in the local Home Depot yesterday & was shocked at $45 for 100' of 12 AWG THHN, & $109 for 300', & noticed the GE breakers were branded as ABB.

Similar to Sq D, which is now Schneider Electric. Maybe the only old line company that hasn’t changed is Leviton. Appleton got bought up and who owns Crouse Hinds?
T&B is now owned by who?

Crouse-Hinds is part of Eaton, T&B, is owned by ABB, who also own Baldor.
