Noted in the current EC magazine an add from Milbank for "meter mains meet NEC 2020 updates". Its been 2 years since the 2020 code was adopted...this is for 230.62 and 230.71 B. This change has generated a lot of posts. Note to NFPA, please coordinate your changes with manufacturers and UL. Changes such as this should be given a Jan 1 start date in the next edition of the NEC
I do not know what the availability is, but I do know that manufacturers often advertise way in advance of products being available at the wholesale houses.

If the First Draft Report stands as issued, this problem goes away as the 2023 code will require a line side main in each metering center.

230.71(B)
....
(5)Metering centers with a main service disconnecting means in each metering center
....

Based on that provision of the 2023 code, the two meter assemblies shown in the above post would no longer be compliant.
