"new" requirement in 2017 code for Temp Generator Tap box for servicing of generators

I understand there is a requirement in the 2017 code that either adds or clarifies that it shall be required to have provisions for a temporary generator connection to facilitate bringing in a temp generator when permanent generator is disabled for maintenance. Assuming this is accurate, can anyone point me to the code reference for this?

I don’t believe this applies to legally required standby 701 systems. Only for article 700 emergency. Not a bad idea though.

Seems that this should be required by whatever other code is requiring said emergency system more so then NEC making such requirements - JMO.
