New SCE project portal! and SCE delays?

Looks like there are new filing requirements for SCE . Even if a residential 100a meter to 200a meter upgrade. Anyone here working in SCE territory encountering delays and unnecessary hoops to get a meter upgrade or???

Have you had to use the SCE project portal for a meter upgrade. SCE will only respond in the portal. The portal states 3-5 days to answer a question by email!
It's not like they are a government entity.

There is no one in SCE territory? I can't believe I am the only one that has encountered this.

Yes , it is Southern Ca Edison. I am surprised that no one else has run into the SCE project portal.
