I am having new service brought onto my property prior to home construction beginning. I am building a larger home and would like to try and "future-proof" my electrical service. I foresee having an additional detached garage/barn, possibly adding a pool and electric car charger down the line. I am trying to achieve being able to have 100-amp service available now to be used during construction and for a camper. Then, once the home is ready I would setup a 200-amp panel in the home with the option of possibly feeding a second 100-amp panel into the garage to be used for things like welders and possibly pool equipment. At that point, I would no longer need the temporary 100-amp service outside the home.

I figure this would be easy enough to achieve utilizing a 320-amp meter-main, but current supply issues make this impossible source. Trying to make a plan that allows me to have the service I need now, without having to come back and upgrade in the not so distant future. I am experienced with building and construction but don't have the specialized electrical knowledge to know exactly how to plan this out.
