Got a set of prints today for a small commercial building I'm bidding. The service specs are 1ph 120/240, but the mechanical schedule has the condensers @ 208v. Am I missing something here?

Are they 3 phase or single phase condensers?

They're single phase.

Then, no. But whoever spec'ed the 208v units did. If they're not rated for 208/240v, you have a problem.
