new servuce panel install

Hello everyone! name is jason from Tennessee. had a detached garage built and I am doing the wiring.Have everything roughed in except the panel.This will be a new service panel to the detached garage with a meter.it is not a subpanel.so can the neutral and ground be on same bar or do that have to be ona separate like I have started.There is no green ground screw like I have seen in some other posts for a main panel.ANY tips or info would help.It is a ge 200 amp 32 space 64 box.i am installing all gfci/arc breakers
