I have a new to me Fluke 43B. The display has a few horizontal lines that are obviously not correct. Any quick fixes or is it a send in for repair job?

I own 2 different models of Fluxes. One is a higher end model than yours and I believe the smaller one is lower end than yours. I have not seen this occur on any screen. May be a defect???

It's broken, we have a scope meter that did the same thing. Fluke is good, but I have found they due have some problems.
