Looking at my 14 year old VFD and pump operation. The original had no wake/sleep mode for pump applications. It works fine, except I don't like the cycle rates on pressure switch operation alone.
Observations.
New of the same brand are 1/2 the price, have the pump settings, smaller in physical size, higher HP rating @ 1 PH, and 500 more pages in the manual.
Looking @ my install which passed inspection back then, I have #12s instead of 10s, a 20 amp CB, FLA of existing VFD is 27. I believe this was prior to the 430 Part X. Input max current for a typical pressure switch cycle is 5 amps.
IMO Part X is extreme over kill for my pump application.
