NFPA-1221 says;
4.7.7* Single-Point Facility Grounding System. Telecommunications
equipment, two-way radio systems, computers, and
other electronic equipment determined by the AHJ to be
essential to the operation of the communications center shall
be bonded to the single-point facility ground system in accordance
with NFPA 70, Article 647.

However NFPA 70, Article 647 says:
647.1 Scope. This article covers the installation and wiring of separately derived systems operating at 120 volts line-to-line and 60 volts to ground for sensitive electronic equipment.

If the facility being developed to NFPA-1221 does not use "Balanced 120V", are the grounding requirements of NFPA 70, 647.6 Grounding required?

Specifically, should 647.6(A) be followed as a requirement, as an option, or ignored?

647.6 Grounding required(A) General. The system shall be grounded as provided in 250.30 as a separately derived single-phase, 3-wire system.
