2-sockets
3-low current applications

and i want to get them from NFPA code cause i couldn't find them

AFAIK, there is no required earthing (grounding) resistance in the NEC (NFPA 70). Essentially only a single ground rod is all that is needed, among ground rod electrodes, if the resistance to ground (earth) was 25 ohms or less.

For the most part, the NFPA does not specify earth resistance as it just does not matter for the vast majority of the installations it covers.
