NFPA 70E 2015 Labeling Requirements

Does 1.2 cal/cm2 or less electrical breakers, mcc, etc.require arc flash labels? In the older versions of 70E,labeling was required for category 0. Not sure now that category 0 has been removed. Thanks in advance.

130.5(D) Electrical equipment such as switchboards, panelboards, industrial control panels, meter socket enclosures, and motor control centers that are in other than dwelling units and that are likely to require adjustment, servicing, or maintenance, while energized shall be field marked with a label containg all the following information.......
In short, yes they do require labeling.

I said 79 but it is 70E my mistake, I had 79 on my desk open.
