NFPA 70H Poor Image Quality

Is it just me or is there an image quality problem with with some of the photo exhibits in the NEC 2017 Handbook (hardcopy)? (Looks pixelated/blurry/low-resolution)

Also I’ve noticed that the overall print quality over the years has gotten worse....

I agree, this was one of the first things that I noticed when the 2017 came out,
the font and lettering are terrible when compared to previous versions.
