Florida recently adopted the 8th Edition of the Florida Fire Prevention Code and the 8th Edition of the Florida Building Code, with an effective date of 12/31/2023. The referenced publications section of those codes should direct you to the applicable NFPA 72/101/96 versions as noted by Ron.
