The flow chart noted in the title includes the words "high energy" and "energy level is high".
I have both the 2009 handbook & standard and can't find a defintion for "high energy". I'd like to define (find one) for that term as used in the 70E annex.
Also, there are (2) voltage levels; '1' and '2'. It's pretty clear what both are, but are these levels defined by ANSI/IEEE C84.1? Or, are they defined elsewhere.
I'm trying to build a paper trail that demonstrates the decision making process behind the flow chart.
