I am looking for clarification regarding exhibit c.1 from annex c, a co-worker is saying that there is no arc flash danger in this picture if you have de-energized the breaker at the specific bucket of the MCC, so he believes that no PPE is required to work within that bucket although the rest of the MCC is energized, which would put him in the restricted approach boundary. thanks macsparky
