NM I was told cant be used in sealtight. On exterior condensors. It must enter rear of disconnect. And I cant sleeve 8 feet.

Where is that code. Is it true.

You cannot install NM cable in a wet locations. Technically, the inside of any outdoor raceway is considered a wet location including flexible conduit. So technically you have to use THWN or equivalent conductors.

I don't know the exact code article, but someone else will provide it. I know it's a pain even if you have a short sleeve going to a disconnect, but it's still the code. Not saying I'm perfect in this regard though. ;)
