NM crawl space

If a room addition was built with a crawl space below and the NM was ran thru bored holes (below floor, top of crawl space). Is this considered a wet location and would need a different wiring method.

Is the crawl space enclosed by a foundation or siding ?

It is not a wet location, may be a damp or dry location. Is there fiberglass insulation in between the joists? If so then it's a dry location.
