NM inside Wiremold

I run into a lot of NM that is run inside Wiremold. I've never done this and wondered if it was legal. Anyone have any experience with this?

Flick article 386 surface metal raceways allows it in 386.22(2005).

Thanks guys....much appreciated.

However, I just checked the Wiremold website, and they say "Use THHN wire. Do not us ROMEX- type or any other cable-sheathed wires - they are not designed to make sharp bends through raceway elbows." This is why I've always used individual wires.

376.21[2002] 386.21[2005]. Wiring in which the raceway is designed shall be installed. Always follow manufacturer specifications.
