I am wiring a new tenant space in a building where romex can be used, the old ceiling(wood construction) will be 6' above the new drop ceiling. Since romex can be used, does any one know of a way to secure it to the underside of the beams besides stapeling it or using stackers? Oh, and BTW, the UCC here in NJ alows the use of NM cable in suspeneded ceilings, provided they are not plenum ceilings.......I would use bridle rings, but I belive that would be considered bundeling, and I would have to derate.

Any help would be appreciated :)

BGeorge,
Bundling and Derating go together.
But, I love Bridle Rings under an old house, cramped spaces.
With #12 NM-B, you have a lot of ampacity headroom for invisible derating.
