No response from Hubbell or Acquity?

Trying to reach Hubbell and Acquity for questions on parts/warranty service.
2 emails in 3 weeks and no response.

Last time I emailed Hubbell was a couple years ago and received a response in a day or so.

RAB and Southwire have been responsive when I've emailed them recently.
