No stab rating listed on sticker

Hello, Siemens mc2040b1200s doesn’t list stab rating on sticker. Would like to feed sub off of 125amp breaker with1/0 al, 30ft in crawl space with no insulation. Not end of world if I must go down to 100. Does anyone know rating if not listed? Thanks

So that's a sp 200 amp MB panel? I could guess that 125 amp would work but I am surprised it is not rated on the panel.
