I know 210.8 (B) tells me I need GFCI protection for any 3-phase receptacle rated 150 or less to ground. I have a meat slicer for a non-dwelling kitchen that requires a 3 phase, 20 amp, 208 volt source (no neutral). I think I could just hard-wire it but the slicer is intended to be moved in and out as needed, a receptacle would be much better for the customer. Are there any options anyone knows of?

It's more or less a cart before the horse type of situation.

Especially when you go to find a 3p bolt in GFI breaker for your situation or the availability of them.
