Hello,

I have ATS not switching neutral and generator frame is bonded to the a GEC at the generator location only. Generator is non-separately derived system. Will this be a code violation? thanks.

You are free to connect a GEC to the generator frame but it is not required in your case. The bigger question is if the neutral/grounded conductor is bonded to the frame (it shouldn't be).
