I have a special application that requires a 150 KVA 480V delta - 480/277V Y non ventilated transformer. Any recommendations on where I can find one to specify?

Non-ventilated in that size will need to be oil filled (e.g. secondary unit substation transformer) and 150KVA would be an odd size, probably would have to go to 300KVA. You can more readily get 75KVA in encapsulated type but that is about the maximum size. In a pinch you could operated two 75 KVA in parallel, just make sure the impedances are very, very close to the same.

What is the reason for non-ventilated? Perhaps there are other alternatives if we had more details.

More Details-- You got it!!

This application is a production facility where dust is a major concern and my client requested all Nema 12 enclosures. The transformer will feed 277V lighting loads throughout the plant.

Perhaps since it is lighting throughout plant, it would make sense to split the panels up anyway in different locations decreasing the branch circuit length. Then you could use 2 panels, each fed by a 75KVA encapsulated transformer. For simplicity I think that might be your best bet.

A 'zig-zag' transformer will not create a separately derived wye system, but will instead synthesize a neutral which would effectively turn the plant delta system into a wye system. This would end up a significant change for the entire plant.

There are small transformer manufactures that can FOR A PRICE manufacture special transformers, just do a web search. But from a cost stand point I think your best bet is as stated go with a off the shelf 75 kva, splitting loads.
