I have panelboard 120/240 single phase with 9 rectifiers each with 4400W load. Only 4 of the 9 rectifiers would be on simultaneously. So for calculation panel load purpose per NEC 220.60 noncoincident loads largest load that will be used at one time for calculating total load should I take 4400W or should I take 17,600W (4400WX4) or should I take 22,000W (4400WX5)?

If only four will be on at the same time, then use the load for four of them. But you will need to include some type of control mechanism that would prevent the fifth (or more) of the items turning on. How do you plan on achieving that control?
