Noncoincident loads

What if the dwelling unit contain 3 different AC units? Do I now add all three vs. the heater since they can be coincident with each other(assuming it's a custom home and three AC feeds three different parts or the house)?

Yes, if they can be run at the same time, the must all be considered together.
