No issue from the NEC. Just must be "entirely independent" with a few exceptions. 517.30(C)(1) and (3) discuss the separation and cable/raceway requirements but there is no special barrier needed by electrical code, though building, site policy etc. may differ. Should be spec'd.

Here are some more examples:






They are literally feet to inches away from each other, horizontally grouped in the basement for the life safety, critical and equipment branches; vertically piercing each floor diaphragm for the critical, equipment and normal power despite each panel, transformer, ect being in its own electrical room (essential vs normal) with 2 hour fire barriers in between. Life safety is encased in concrete as it transitions vertically FWIW. o_Oo_O
