Can we run both normal (N) and emergency (E) lighting circuits to the same lighting control panel? (there is a divider inside lighting control panel to separate N/E lighting circuits)

Yes. I have done that recently. The manufacturer had a listing that took credit for an internal barrier for separating Normal relays from Emergency relays, and for separating the wiring as well.

I agree with Mr Beck but will add that the design of the lighting control panel must be such that the emergency lighting will always come if there is a power failure regardless of any other commands, inputs or programing etc.

How do we comply with 700.9(B) or 517.30(C)(1)? Because a relay panel is still a single cabinet.
