I feel that I do have a pretty solid grasp of the NEC, however I have been told the the ND exam is 3.5 hours of open book, and 1.5 hours of closed book. The closed book portion concerns me since I do not know what that will consist of. There is no information at all available on the state of ND website concerning the exam.
