This has nothing to do with Electrical either.First of all congrats to your son, John on winning the local.
I just returned from freshman orientation with my daughter. Her college of choice is a long ways away but the drive is worth it for her to get her major of choice( High School mathmatics teacher) There is also some beautiful and interesting scenery along the way.The first pic is the unfinished Bellefonte plant at Scottsboro AL
the second is Dam #1 on the Ocoee river in tennesee. The third is just a good sunset

Thank you and congrats to your daughter. It's nice when they already know what they want to do and are willing to do what it takes to make it happen.

I have to agree with Larry that sunset is beautiful.

If you are one of them Bass fishermen the place to go is Scottsboro Alabama
the pro's come here every year but if you play that infernal game called golf, I would love nothing more than to get a bunch of my fellow Electricians together and raise some money for a good cause. PM me if you are interested,

Sounds like another reason to add a separate photo topic area. Great pics by the way. It is nice to see the human side of all of us as well as the trade knowledge and experience. Here is one of my own...

My wife and I were blessed with the opportunity to go to the Cayman Islands for our 10th anniversary and this was our big dinner night out. The view from our table.

A sunrise - shot from a pier we were rewiring.

Sunrise?? You meant sunset didn't you? Who works that early? :D

I used to work for a Baltimore Gas and Electric plant which was located on the Chesapeke Bay in Southern Maryland and on occasion we would be out early enough to see the sun come up opver the bay and it was magnificent. But alas, that was pre-camera phone days. No pics.
