Novar System

I am wanting to add a couple of lights to a store that has a Novar System in it. Can I just add the lights into the circuit or do I have to run a signal wire back to the Novar panel? Please Advise.

The easy way is to tie on to an existing circuit. Be careful not to overload the circuit.

The obvious question is, "Do you want the new lights to be controlled by the Novar system?" If the answer is yes, then tie onto a Novar controlled circuit.

The lights wire just like any other, or do you have dimmable ballast like in Wally World? If so you just extend the 0-10 volt wiring to the new fixtures dimming ballast. All Novar does is control contactors, or networked to control smart breakers or sob's.
