Dose anyone know if the neutral bar on the nqod panel boards are rated to accept two conductors? The labels with all the info are written in foreign languages. Best I can interpret it looks as if they are rated to accept two conductors.

you can only terminate 1 neutral per terminal, grounding conductors are as per the manufactures instructions on the panel

Yes, I know 1 neutral per lug. But dose any one know what the mfg. says about 2 grounding conductors? The labels are written in Chinese, Russian I dont know. I can't find any info on Sq. D site.

I have seen some that say 3 #14 wires or 2 #12 wires usually all the conductors must be the same size that are connected to one terminal

If you can't read it what do you think the inspector is going to say? Unless he is fluent in what ever language it is written in. The requirement to fallow listing and labeling doesn't say anything about it being in English as far as I can tell, so you may have a loop hole there. :D

Typically two 14s or 2 12s. But not one 14 and one 12.
People have said that before, and I've read the label a few times myself, and that fact is not that clear to me. I believe you, but it's just not clear from the label text that they must be the same gauge.
