Hello. I am rewiring an old building that has 2 - small offices (110
sq ft). Is there a minimum receptacle code that I must follow? I understand that I do not have to follow 210.52 but was wondering if there was a code that I might be overlooking. Thanks and have a good day!!!

Not many requirements, you don't have to put a receptacle in the restrooms.

Just a small chance you have a show window.

210.62 Show Windows. At least one receptacle outlet shall be installed within 450 mm (18 in.) of the top of a show window for each 3.7 linear m (12 linear ft) or major fraction thereof of show window area measured horizon-tally at its maximum width.

It seems you might have to comply with this.

210.63 Heating, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Equipment Outlet. A 125-volt, single-phase, 15- or 20-ampere-rated receptacle outlet shall be installed at an ac-cessible location for the servicing of heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The receptacle shall be located on the same level and within 7.5 m (25 ft) of the heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration equip-ment. The receptacle outlet shall not be connected to the load side of the equipment disconnecting means.

Exception: A receptacle outlet shall not be required at one-and two-family dwellings for the service of evaporative coolers.

210.70 Lighting Outlets Required. Lighting outlets shall be installed where specified in 210.70(A), (B), and (C).

(C) Other Than Dwelling Units. For attics and underfloor spaces containing equipment requiring servicing, such as heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment, at least one lighting outlet containing a switch or controlled by a wall switch shall be installed in such spaces. At least one point of control shall be at the usual point of entry to these spaces. The lighting outlet shall be provided at or near the equipment requiring servicing.

There may be more.

Other than what may be required for specific appliances and loads, none are actually required to be installed.

That said, a load calculation will have to include, per 220.14(K), the larger of 1VA/ft2 or as determined by 220.14(I)... and that amount is included in the required number of branch circuits (available, not necessarily installed) determination of 210.11(A).
