:grin:Ok. In my strive to become a better BUISNESS MAN, I have started working on goals and things for 09. A lot of our jobs are smaller in scale sometimes a few hours, to a couple months.

Just curious, what do you guys expect, or strive for as far as revenue for say a two man crew, JW and 1st or 2nd year apprentice? What is your target for materials installed in a day?(obviously this will vary ex. resi. compared to idustrial) Looking at where we are now, where I want to be, trying to draw a map of how the hell to get there. Should have done more of this sooner, but better now than never....

ALL FEEDBACK APPRECIATED!!!!!

200 foot of conduit a day, or service completed to equal to it...

The other one you might have missed as stated here, to bill that 20 hours a week that accounts 40 hr's.

on the resi side you are expected to pull a thousand sq a day that includes boxing and drilling a house plus drivetime its doable just not that much downtime. on trims we get 3 minutes to a device with 10 minutes per light 30 minutes a dissconect and an hour to service and panel each commercial it varies but i would think a thousand square in mc and 150 ft of emt in an 8 hour day
